Our sales team is thoroughly trained in an estimating program that measures the exact amount of insulation needed to do every job. This allows us to accurately price out your jobs and keep our prices low.
Special orders don’t upset us. Just let us know what you would like for us to do, and we will add it to the work order in both English and Spanish.
We all get busy, but you don’t have to worry about CJ’s. We will call you the day before your job is scheduled to make sure it’s still ready. Additionally, we have developed proprietary software that allows us to track our vehicles, alerts us when our crews have arrived at your job, and lets us know when the job is finished. This allows us to communicate in real time with our customers.
No one wants an accident to happen on their jobsite. We conduct weekly safety meetings and stock our vehicles with the necessary safety equipment to help prevent injuries.
We load our crews at 6 a.m., so while our competitors are just getting to work we are already at your jobsite.
All insulation is installed to a grade 1 standard. This means all jobs are installed to the manufacturers specifications and building codes. Plus, through the Owens Corning™ Certified Energy Expert® program, our installers have been extensively trained by the product manufacturer to ensure maximum performance. We’ll implement the latest techniques in thermal performance, moisture prevention, air infiltration, ventilation and auditing. Our Quality Control Manager then checks every job.
Each supervisor is assigned two crews to inspect each of their houses. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality.
We follow up to ensure everything is to your complete satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
As part of the Owens Corning™ Certified Energy Expert® program, we are able to offer a limited lifetime warranty on qualifying fiberglass products and an exclusive 10-year limited warranty* on workmanship.
